Maple Bourbon Bacon
Our Maple Bourbon bacon is like taking a bite of Heaven!
We use only pure maple syrup and pure maple sugar, combined with fine barrel aged bourbon to produce our best selling bacon. It is then placed into the refrigerator to cure for 10 days.
After the curing process is complete, the slabs are placed in the smoker to absorb all the smoky goodness for many hours, resulting in savory cured bacon balanced by the sweetness of pure maple syrup with a hint of caramel from the whiskey. It is sure to be a family favorite!
