Our Story

Fat Belly Bacon had it's beginnings in a home kitchen. We worked out of an old refrigerator in our shed, and smoked our bacon on a small home smoker.


Our first batch was 20 pounds, and we quickly realized we had too much to keep in our refrigerator. A post was put up on Facebook just to see if we could sell a couple pounds. That resulted in ALL of our bacon being sold in 15 minutes!


Since we first started operating, we’ve developed a loyal fan base that it just as particular about their bacon as we are!
