Jamaican Jerk Bacon
A taste of the Caribbean re-invented!
Our Jamaican Jerk bacon is salty, sweet, savory all wrapped into one with a hint of spicy added in! We dry cure this variety using our standard dry cure consisting of salt, brown sugar and curing salt. We then add a dry jerk seasoning made up all the flavors you would find in jerk chicken, including the scotch bonnet pepper that gives it just a hint of spice.
It’s a totally unique bacon, and one that you can’t get just anywhere!
