Our Old Bay bacon is dry cured using salt, brown sugar, and a healthy dose of Old Bay seasoning for 10 days.


The slabs are then hand rubbed with a second coating of Old Bay before being smoked for hours, resulting in a unique flavor profile - savory smoked bacon at up front, with the classic Old Bay flavor on the finish that does not overtake your taste buds!


Perfect to wrap around scallops or shrimp, and most definitely compliments a bloody mary!
